This is designed as both the entry into your journey of yoni massage and ongoing as a deep exploration.

Dropping deeply into your erotic exploration to shift patterns quickly.

  • If this is your first yoni massage session with Lydia, we take time to introduce you to the practice for spacious opening and exploration.

  • We create space to explore what’s emerging in your relational or erotic life.

  • We work with energy, touch, breath, and awareness.

Sessions include a deeply restorative experience designed to release pelvic tension and ease discomfort.


This session invites more ease and pleasure into your body. Supporting emotional healing, increasing body awareness, and gently awakens new layers of sensation.

  • We begin with intention setting and a short meditation.

  • From there, we move into full-body tantric-style massage, breathwork, and nervous system regulation.

  • We close with integration and reflection.

  • Optional homeplay is offered.

This is a sacred space to unfold at your own pace, integrate, and open to deeper layers of embodiment.

Sessions include a guided coaching experience blending conversation, embodiment, and practical intimacy tools.

Ideal if you want to build confidence together, understand what may be blocking you from the sex you desire, improve communication, and feel more connected to your shared desires.

  • We start by clarifying intentions.

  • Then we move into a combination of somatic practices, including breathwork, awareness exercises, and movement, as well as embodied theory tools such as communication and sex education.

  • We finish with reflection and grounded next steps for integration.

Ceremonial Cacao
$45 for 15 min, per session

Shared before we begin, cacao gently opens the heart.

It helps you arrive present, grounded, and receptive to the work ahead. Many find it deepens connection and emotional flow throughout the session.

If cacao is not already included in your package, payment is made at the beginning of your session.

Between-Session WhatsApp Support
$300

The journey doesn't stop when our session ends. This add-on gives you a place to check in, stay grounded, and keep the thread of your work alive between sessions.

This includes:

  • Text messages, responded to within reason

  • Voice notes up to 5 minutes

This is a space for reflection and connection. Lydia holds this container with care and will respond when she is able to give you her full attention.

If Lydia and yourself agree that it would be aligned to change the sessions previously purchased, the prices are listed here for each - the difference is to be paid. You are also welcome to add additional sessions to your package if it feels aligned and can be accommodated.
